The Ajman Business Women Council, linked to Ajman Chamber, is pointing young women toward industry and entrepreneurship in its work with the “Our Summer is Happiness” and “UAE Summer” programmes.

The council is running a wide range of events and workshops aimed at building young women’s skills, including their command of artificial intelligence tools.

Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Board Member of Ajman Chamber and Chairwoman of the Ajman Business Women Council, pointed to the importance of working together to ready young women for the future, arming them with skills and knowledge suited to upcoming demands.

She added that the council’s role in the two summer programmes aims to build participants’ skills and capabilities, boost their self-confidence, and support their ambitions in industry, innovation and entrepreneurship, helping shape a creative generation that can back the country’s economic growth.

Dr. Amna Khalifa noted that the council diversified its training offerings this year, running two workshops focused on using artificial intelligence tools effectively.

It also delivered a series of specialized sessions under its Industrial Empowerment Program for Young Women, covering brand building, a farm-to-table concept, business model design, talent and innovation, confidence and entrepreneurial skills, sweet-making, and perfume-making.

She praised the higher committees behind the “Our Summer is Happiness” and “UAE Summer” programmes for offering varied activities that give children and youth productive ways to spend their time while strengthening national identity and community values.

Dr. Amna Khalifa said these initiatives create an environment where young people can discover their talents, gain practical knowledge, and build the confidence to contribute to the country’s development path.
